I’m Dannie and I believe it’s the only way to grow. But before I explain why - a little bit about me.

I am a:

full time traveler & history aficionado,
strategic businesswoman,
passionate advocate for DEI, and
debt free millennial.

Oh, and in case that wasn't enough - I work at Google. It's an adventure.

I WANT TO HELP YOU GROW

Ok, back to growing companies.

First - what do I mean by people-first?

Your “people” (employees and consumers) need to be at the center of the business decisions you make. More than that, your company needs to actually stand for something (not just have “corporate social responsibility” as a to-do list item). Companies grow better, faster, and more sustainably when they focus on growing people-first.

So what does this look like in practical application?

How can companies grow through putting people first? Well, it all starts by caring enough that your story shines through and becomes something consumers actually want to repeat and employees actually want to experience.

Passionate storytelling - it's the only way to engage with your internal and external audiences. Growing your business from

a place of caring first is guaranteed to be a win for everyone. How can you do that?

  • Intentionally survey and engage with your internal audience (your employees) and take action on the suggestions and feedback they share.

  • Same goes for your external audience (your customers, etc). Listen to the market and take action.

  • Create policies with genuine care for your employees in mind, not just squeezing out the maximum profit or minimum expense.

There’s so much more that you can do, but these suggestions just scratch the surface. During our time together, we’ll craft strategies that align with your goals and where you’re at.
